La Mie Câline & My Cherry Eclair




On 21 March 2012, La Mie Câline celebrates the return of summer! The first day of spring, the company is launching three original recipes: Apricot the Eclair, the Eclair Cherry and Strawberry Macaron.
Fresh and fruity, the Spring collection from La Mie Câline adopt vitamin flavors!

It was so I waiting until today to buy my first "Eclair Cherry" from la Mie Câline.
How can I explain very interesting flavor on the most popular french "pâtisserie".
The cherry mousse is lightweight and very sweet we feels very good the flavor of the cherry but I stay very traditional because this flavor disgusts at the end of the tasting.
But still a very good culinary experience!
